As per the JEE-Main eligibility criterion discussed below, you are not eligible for JEE-Main 2022 because you were only allowed to appear for JEE-Main 2019, 2020 and 2021 as you had appeared very first time for class 12th in 2019 so it will be considered as your passing year and eligibility is counted from passing year.
JEE-Main eligibility criteria :-
1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.
2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.
3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear .

will neet 2021 cut off be same as 2019
No NEET 2021 cut off will not be same as 2019 cut off. The cut off depends on many factors as
- Difficulty level of the exam
- Number of students who have given the exam
- Number of seats available
So depending on the above factors the cut off keep changes every year. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET 2021 result at ntaresults.nic.in or neet.nta.nic.in. NTA has not announced the NEET 2021 result date. To download the neet.nta.nic.in results 2021 candidates will be required to enter their roll number and date of birth.
