Hi sir,my category rank in aiims is 9426 and I belongs to ST category .can I get admission in any aiims college.

Yes, you will get in any college other than AIIMS Delhi.

But sir my over all rank 2 lack Something and. I belong ST Catagory and catagory wise my rank 9426 .last year some colleges catagory rank 23000 something . Can I get admission in any aiims clg in this year

No you cannot. As the cut offs mentioned in the answer are AIRs and not Category ranks.

Here is a list of all AIIMS and their respective cut offs (AIR) in the previous year for the ST Category. You might have a chance for admission in AIIMS only if your AIR falls within the mentioned range.
