Dear Goyal Suhani,
you have a good probability of getting admission to a government medical college for the above mark. The predicted rank for 605 was around 17k. For this rank, you will get admission to the All India quota. It is difficult to predict whether you get admission to AIIMS Rishikesh or not.
From the given below link, you can predict your college:

Dear Aspirant,
Hope they allow your admission if you scored really good marks as for talent or achievement no one denies. No, generally they will not ask for an additional gap if you had some medical issues or something like this, but if you had left 2 years of additional gap taking it lightly then they can deny.
Hello aspirant,
AIIMS Rishikesh is the 7th AIIMS institute in Rishikesh, India, established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Govt of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY).
Since you have mentioned you belong to the OBC category, so according to the previous year NEET cutoff for OBC category, in order to get safe admission in AIIMS Rishikesh, you have to score at least 550-600+ marks in NEET exam for MBBS course admission. For general category the required marks is 690+ in NEET exam.
Further, if you wish to know more about the NEET cutoff for previous years, then you can prefer following the below mentioned link to know more : https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off
Further, you can also check the NEET college predictor tool to know more about your admission chances in other colleges : https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
I hope that this will help.
