Yes you can clearly take admission in MBBS course. The basic criteria to satisfy is that you need to clear your compartment papers before the first round counselling . As you have cleared your biology paper it doesn't matter if you have two marksheet, both will be considered and you will be eligible to take admission into a MBBS degree.
