Neet this year introduced a new category named as Economically Weaker Section(EWS).The cut off for EWS might be less than general category,The cut off for general category is around 500 so for ews it might be around 450.So you are having a good chance to secure a government medical college seat.

According to last year cutoff list rishi you will not get admission in government medical college easily becuse last year at 522 students get college but this time the cutoff list will gone up due to which cutoff list for colleges also gone up but didn't loose try for best colleges.
