Hello,

As per the information available in the UPSEE 2021 Information Brochure candidates who haven't paid seat acceptance fee in round one of the counselling and Candidates who are ineligible after the online document verification are not eligible to participate in the second round of the counselling. As you haven't paid the seat acceptance fee you aren't eligible to participate in upcoming rounds of the counselling.
