You have 3 options. You can either put Serial no or Entry no or Certificate No

How to find serial no?

http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
Go to this link, select your state, you need to find your caste in the list. The first column is Entry No. You just need to enter that 2 digit no. Thats all!

Dear Priyanka, now every State has a different OBC list but CAT is a National Exam. To identify that, this procedure is important. Please use the website, http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx and click on your State. Search for your Caste in the list. You will see a number under Entry Column in the row corresponding to your Caste. You need to mention that in your Application form.

@priyaankasarkar my state is Madhya Pradesh and caste is mina what should I fill in my cat form under serial/entry/cartificate number column and if my obc certificate is 3 year old will it work in the exam or will I face any issue
