I belongs to Obc ncl, and scored 97 percentil in mains and 86 % in boards. Am I eligible for jee adv. according to top 20percentile in board

Well nothing can e said if yu don't mention your board ie CBSE/ISC/state boad.
For JEE advanced, your board percentage must be a 75% or under top 20% which one you satisfy.
Failing into this criteria will ultimately lead you to terminating yourself from JoSAA counselling.
