Your chances are quiet good, to get a seat in government medical college of AP,through 85% state quote counselling with sc certificate.

Last year, the cut off was 421 for getting government medical colleges in AP through state quota counselling. So, you can easily get seat this year with 445 marks in neet, if i see previous year cutoff trends.

The AP cutoff of NEET 2019 will be released for the 85% State Quota seats. There are approximately 1,489 seats for which the aspirants will be competing to secure admission. 

here are some colleges that can fetch u a seat in gov college a/c to previous year category cutoff-

Guntur Medical College, Guntur- 430

Ranga Raya Medical College, Kakinada- 430

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam- 411

 you can opt BDS/BHAMS/BAMS as this field is very good in these days. some  BDS gov college u can go for  such as-

Government Dental College, Kadapa- 390

Best upon the previous year cutoffs and your score in NEET you have the chances to get a seat in the following government medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh under all india quota and being an SC candidate  :

• Siddartha Medical College, Vijayawada
• Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada
• SVIMS - Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women, Tirupati
• Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa
