You haven't mentioned your Category. 130 was the cut off for Management Quota seat and not a Government Quota seat.And if the Candidate belongs to General Category, 130 wouldnt have qualified you him/her NEET because in NEET 2019, the cut off was 134-701. So the Candidate should have belonged to Reserved Categories. And this 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So 150 is a very less score for a seat even in a Private College. The fees is upto 3 lakhs per annum.
