I have got 71 marks in biology ,66 marks in english,56 in physics,53 in chemistry,overall addition of these 4 sub. is 61.5 % .can i apply

Yes, If you are getting a aggregate 60% marks in PCB and English you are eligible to apply for the AIIMS exam.
