Hello Anju,
You should definitely register for JOSSA counseling if this is your JEE mains rank then you have the chance of getting a seat in any of the NIT's/GFTI's. You should fill up your preference too. If the above rank is of your JEE Advance than your chances of getting IIT's is very less.
