I have made a mistake putting Salutation i.e MS/MR/MRS while filling form of CHSL. how can I cange it in modify registration. I want to put only my name, Father's name and mother's name without MS/MR and MRS. Please advice

Don't worry. You can change it when correction window is open. Also you can send the mail to respective helpline mail explaining your problem.
