Dear student,

If you have got alloted a seat in josaa counseling, and you have paid Rs. 15000 as seat acceptance fees, then you must belong from any one among sc / st / pwd candidate.

Now, if you want to retain your seat then your have to give a partial admission fees of Rs. 20000.
And if you don't then your josaa seat will be cancelled.
Now, if you have retained your seat in josaa, then you can participate in csab special round counselling.
Now, Rs. 16500 ( for sc/ st/pwd) is PARTICIPATION FEES of CSAB special round counseling. Anyone who are eligible to participate and will participate in csab special round counseling, will have to give participation fees.

Now, if you want to take admission in your josaa alloted branch, then you are required to visit the admitting Institute website for DETAILS OF ADMISSION PROCESS FOR FIRST SEMESTER 2020-21. And you are required to complete all the admission formalities given on admitting Institute website. You are also eligible to participate in CSAB-2020 special round. However, refund of Fees deposited at the admitted institute (if applicable), in such cases will be governed by admitted institute rules.

Now, this partial admission fees will get adjusted or not in the fees of alloted institute, this will be quite difficult to tell. Because this is the new thing and introduced this time or this year.
But according to me, the fees must be adjusted in 1st semester fees for alloted institutes.

Now, as taking for csab special round counseling, then, if you got alloted any seat in csab special round counseling, then you don't have to pay the seat acceptance fees (if you have retained your seat of josaa), as you have paid it once. Otherwise if your josaa seat for cancelled then you will get refund of your seat acceptances fees and of you accept any seat in csab special round, then you have to give the seat acceptance fees.
