i have applied for 1st round but i didnt get mbbs seat in 1st round counselling can i apply for 2nd round mbbs/bds belongs to sc 211 marks

If you haven't applied for the first round of deemed and private medical college counselling by paying five thousand rupees and departing two lakhs, then it's not possible for you to join the second round of counselling. You can still apply for your state counselling.
