Yes you can do your intermediate from Hyderabad and still appear as a local candidate for eamcet  in Andhra Pradesh. According to the regulations, any candidate who has completed his secondary or higher secondary studies from Andhra Pradesh or is a native of the state shall be eligible to appear as a local candidate for the conducted exam.
