Yes you can expect a medical college with these marks as the last year cutoff was around 470 for general Candidate so you might give it a try. However there are not 100% chances of securing a govt seat if you belong to general category as every year the no of students increases and so does the fight for a govt seat increases. If you belong to a general or obc category then your chances are slim but if you belong to a sc/St category then you will definitely get a seat in government medical college. I hope this information helps you.
