I want to ask that that this year students are less around 87 or 88k all over and seats are more in clg so there any chances of lowering of cutoff for college FOR MHTCET EXAM THIS YEAR

Hello,

Cut off is determined based on the following factors

  • Difficulty level of exam
  • Total number of seats available
  • Total number of candidates appeared
  • Previous year cut off
  • Performance of candidates in the exam

Cut off doesn't depend on number of seats available and total number of candidates appeared but it depends on above mentioned factors. It is difficult to predict the cut off before the seat allotment. There will be slight change in the cut off than previous year cut off. It may increase or decrease. After the counseling is concluded the cut off will be published.
