Hello there,
Yes you have to register again with new choices for the second round of counselling. Before you go for second round of the counselling make sure that you have secured your seat in the first round of counselling by paying the necessary fees. Otherwise your seat will be deemed withdrawn if you do not pay the fees within the stipulated time frame.
