If I take maths as main subject in bsc than is other two subjects would affect me????

It specifically depends on you and how you manage them.
Having said that, first thing to keep in your favour is your interests. If mathematics interests you, then there is no point questioning it's validity in your registration cart.
Next thing is how you manage things based on your priorities. Once you prioritise right, it would be a cake walk going north for you.
