To get admission in BPT that is Bachelor of Physiotherapy there is no compulsion for NEET exam.
It is not mandatory to crack Neet exam.
There are many good and well renown universities in which the general eligibility criteria for pursuing Physiotherapy is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
Also there is exam for particular college which you need to give in order to get seat.
Like GGSIPU and Jamia College, they Organise Entrance Examination every year for the Physiotherapy Course and Jamia Milia Islamia is one of the best College for doing Physiotherapy.
