Hello
Make sure your EWS certificate is valid (not expired) and issued by a competent authority. It should clearly mention EWS under the Central Government scheme.
Carry these for safety during physical verification: Original EWS certificate (central)
Aadhar card. Go early on the physical verification day. Be polite and clear with the officials. If they hesitate, request them to accept your documents provisionally and allow time for correction (if needed).
Hi Varsha , with 74% overall and 71% in group subjects (PCB) in Intermediate, you are well above the minimum eligibility (50–60%) for BPT in Andhra Pradesh. Since you belong to OC with EWS, you can also benefit from the EWS quota in some colleges. Getting a seat in private or aided colleges is quite possible for you. For government or top colleges, competition is higher, but you still have a fair chance. So yes, you can most likely secure a BPT seat in AP.

Hello,
Yes, in many private colleges and institutes you can take direct admission in BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy).
Government colleges usually give seats through entrance exams or merit lists. But private colleges often offer direct admission based on your 12th marks.
You must have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and meet the minimum marks set by the college.
It’s best to contact the college directly to know their admission process and eligibility.
Hope it helps !

BPT is a solid choice if you want a rewarding healthcare career.
Osmania University does not offer BPT directly. The BPT course is available in some affiliated colleges like Osmania Medical College, Apollo College of Physiotherapy, etc.
For admission, you must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks and should be 17 years or above by 31st December of the admission year.
Admission is mainly based on entrance exams like NEET or TS EAMCET , followed by counselling. During counselling, you can choose BPT in the affiliated college, and seats are allotted based on rank, eligibility and availability.
So, you need to apply through the counselling process using NEET/TS EAMCET scores, not directly to Osmania University.
