There is no link in between Aakash all India test series and neet exam. But yes this test series will tell you how much have you prepared for the exam and where does you rank lies amongst those students who have appeared in the exam. scoring good ranks and good marks in test series will definitely help you to boost up your confidence but you cannot predict that if you are scoring 48 or so marks you will get the same in NEET also. while try to get good marks in Aakash test series so that it will help you to be inside you and you will be prepared for the exam with all the confidence.
