Now SEBC is given based on the annual income of the family of the Candidate. And it is not a National level reservation and so you will not find it under Central OBC list. But going by this, you can fill OBC as your Category in your NEET PG application and to avail SEBC benefits, you have to select SEBC in your State Counselling application. SEBC benefits cannot be claimed under All India Quota.
