in neet ug form you need to upload two types of photograph, one is passport size and other is post card size, in post card size photograph you need to have your name and date . the last date of form filling is 31 december, if you did not submit it till now you may change it. you may change it if yout get notification from NTA by email or sms for discrepancy in photo, correction window which will open from 15 january to 31 january, 2020.
