You should not worry about all these things.So many laws are introduced related to ragging and all the colleges have adopted it.All the college have anti raging policy and during admission all the students all fill the anti ragging form.If anyone is suspected or complained for the act then strict actions will be taken on he/she for the act.So, don't worry and focus on your studies.
