YES KENDRIYA VIDHYALAY ARE GOVT SCHOOL. THEY TAKE FEES BUT IN LESS AMOUNT MIDDLE CLASS FAMIL CAN AFFORD THERE FEES FORMALITIES.YOU CAN VISIT THERE PROFILE YOU DIDNT MENTIONED THE ACTUAL STANDARD. ALL STANDARD HAVE THERE DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF FEES

Kendriya Vidyala Sangathan which runs the Kendriya Vidyalayas across the country is an autonomous body under the MHRD, Government of India. While some students like children of defence personnel/ Below Poverty Line candidates/ Only girl child/ Children with disabilities, the rest are charged a very nominal fee.
