495 is not a bad marks as there are  many  colleges  in south which give admission  on the basis of your marks .  On your marks your fee structure  can be reduced  depending upon the college.  No matter that whether you are belonging from  general  category  or other reserved  category in the case private  Medical colleges .

   Fee structure  -  5 - 7 lac per year
- Dayananda sagar Medical college,  Bangalore
   Fee structure- 4.30 lac per year 
-  kempegowda institute of Medical science 
   Fee structure  - 5 .6 lac per year 
-   jawaharlal nehru Medical college,  belgaum
   Fee structure-   10 lac per year

     4 lac per year  with other investment also
Here these are just an estimation because  every  year  private  college  changes  there fee structure not   too mach but yes because I am  also studying  in private  Medical  college  so i know  at some point.
