Yes you can give exam this year in both the month January and April. i.e.you can appear for both chances.
And there are some other criteria also
Your 12 th boards percentage must be greater than 75%in each subject.

Hello,

Yes you can appear twice from 2019 for JEE MAINS and NEET. JEE MAINS occur in January and April. Hence you can appear both the times.
