Mam/sir i scored 61%in 10th,69%in 12th n 54% in graduation ,if i apply for cat 2019 n score 90+%il than can i get any good MBA college

If you're aiming for IIMs it will be difficult owing to past scores. But there alot of private Bschools that do not consider Past academics alot and focus rather on Cat scores.
So yes you can definitely get a good MBA college if you score 90+ percentile in Cat.
You must have valid reasons and a good reasonable story for Interviews in case they grill you on past academics.
Workout a little on extra curriculars get some certificates from proffesional courses aligned to MBA. Even excel and PowerPoint course certificates are good enough. Maybe do a part time internship and tell what you learned and managed to do in it.
Sometimes when you dont have a very great past score it's better to add value by doing some extra work.

Yes. You will definitely get some good colleges but with this scorecard getting IIMs is difficult.
