No there is no othwr way, you need to reappaear fhe exam and passout with cutoffmarks. Exam control rights are a sper colleges protocols and they solely reserve right to pass or fail specially for internal exams.

Make cordial relations with Faculties and study hard, you will surely pass an dnothing to worry about it.

Hi Zubin,Thanks for replying.Here the thing is that he appeared for the exams. Previously he used to do practice or work near his faculty. Now he is not working there. So he kept some personal grudge on him and he is forcing his principal not to take exam fee.
