According to the ranking system, there is no seperate female ranking.

However, females get some amount of reserved seats as per thefemale supernumerary category.

As far as home state is concerned,  you will be benefited for admission in the home state NIT.

Considering previous years statistics, this percentile should fetch you a rank of about 50k in the general rank list.
