It feels that if you get qualified for Jipmer and you are asked to appear for the rounds of counselling subsequently you'll have to produce an OPH certificate if you have to get a seat via that Kota

If you are applying by the physically handicapped quota in JIPMER
You will have to produce your physically handicapped medical certificate at the time of counselling after you secure appropriate marks and rank to be deemed eligible for counselling in JIPMER
