Yes you have to give the information about the courses you have done, this is according to the official notification of neet pg.

5.If my diploma in clinical cardiology getsgets recog will state register my both degrees6. if I don't mention my clinical cardiology diploma at all at a later date will I have problem in doing 2D echo as they want experience in 2decho cardiography
