Sir ,I got seat in bbsr aiims college but previously I took admission in SCB medical college.I want to take transfer certificate,so explain.

You have to meet SCB medical college clerk n dean for transfer certificate. Ask for documents which are required.

SCB medical college is better than AIIMS bbsr,so you don't need to take leave from that.
