If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are mild.hopefully you might land up in a private medical college .If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting a seat in that state through state quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best

I am sorry to tell you but 353 marks is quite low for obc category to fetch a seat in medical colleges considering this year's high cut off marks.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
