Don't worry, what you can do in this situation is, just fill the NEET 2021 Application form according to your class 10th marksheet if the details are correct in it and it will be considered because details in the NEET application form are required as per your class 10th marksheet. If there are errors in your AADHAR card then you can make them correct either in offline mode or in online mode whichever is convenient to you. But make sure whatever details you would fill in the NEET 2021 Application form should be correct and if some details are wrong in your class 10th marksheet as well then you have to submit an affidavit at the time of admission to clarify that details entered in the NEET 2021 Application form are correct and there are errors in your class 10th marksheet but you will have to make them correct as soon as possible.

Or if you want to make corrections in your AADHAR card in offline mode then also you can do so and for this you have to download the AADHAR correction form from the link given below and after filling it up just submit it to your nearest AADHAR update/enrolment center, which you can find from the link given below :
