You need to fill the NEET UG application form by providing the details same as in class 10th certificate such as your name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth. The details in all the documents must be the same if the name is incorrect in adhaar card you need to provide an affidavit at time of document verification or apply for correction in adhaar card. You need to provide your photo ID such as (Adhaar card/Voter ID/Driving Licence etc) at the time of counselling. If there is spelling mistake in the personal details in Adhaar card you can provide any other government ID for identification purpose. As you still have time NEET counselling you can apply for Adhaar correction in the nearest enrollment center.
