Hello,

The question seems very tough problem of mathematics. But it is very simple. The only thing is that you need to solve it logically rather than solving it mathematically.

If you expand the above given equation, you will get a expanded form in the terms of x. x can have any value. You can put any value for x and solve the equation. But putting greater values will only complicate the calculations.

So, the simple trick for solving these types of problems is that you just put x = 1

So, in above given equation,

( 1 + x - 3 x^2 )^2143 = ( 1 + 1 - 3 ) ^ 2143........... ( Since, x = 1 )

= -1.

So, solving the above equation, we get the value as -1

Hence, the sum of the coefficient of the terms of the expansion of given polynomial is Option ( C ) i.e., -1
