When you fill out the form for CUET UG, they ask you about your preferred course of choice for a bachelor's, where you fill in your subject choice. If you choose Hindi as your subject, then they will give you BA in Hindi as your degree course. But if you chose some other subjects (like Geography, History, etc.) but opted for Hindi as your medium of instruction and exam- then you can fill out forms for your desired BA course and attempt the exam in Hindi medium. Both of these are two different scenarios. Make sure that you choose the desired course subject and then select Hindi as your medium of instruction and exam.
