CUCET (Central University common entrance test) it is one of the national level entrance exam conducted for admission into 15 Central University and one NIT and four state universities for different courses include UG, PG, MPhil, PhD program, now if it comes to the college that you will get with top rank so I would like to inform you that there are various central universities and state universities participating with CUCET , if you get top rank then you can take admission in these universities with most popular course where generally cut off goes with less rank,

now difficulty level of this exam is similar with the JEE mains because these both are national level exam or somewhere the difficulty level may also high for CUCET because JEE mains exam is only for BTech admission but this exam is for PG level and Phd program too.

The CUCET exam is not that hard and it can be from easy to moderate. You can score good marks if you clear your basic concepts from the NCERT books. The cutoffs for general category usually goes to around 50% of total marks.
