Abhijit, NT stands for Nomadic Tribe. So NT1, NT2 and NT3 are Categories of Nomadic tribes listed in Maharashtra Caste . list. Maharashtra MBBS seats are filled through 15% All India Counselling and 85% State Counselling. The State Quota seats are filled divided into 70% Regional quota and 30% State Quota. The 70% Regional quota seats are reserved for Candidates belonging to Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra. And the Constitutional quota of Maharashtra is for Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Vimukta Jati/Denotified Tribes, NT-A,B,C,D and OBC. NT-B falls under OBC Category. If you look at the Page no# 33 of the link http://socialjustice.nic.in/writereaddata/UploadFile/Draft%20List%20of%20Denotified%20Tribes%20for%20Mail.pdf you will get to see the list of Communities that fall under NT Caategory. NT B is technically NT 2.
VJ is also called as NT- A or DT-A. NT-B is also known as NT-1. NT- C is also called as NT-2. NT-D is also known as NT-3.

Hi dear
As per the Maharashtra MBBS 2019 seat reservation policy, 85% State Quota seats are divided between 30% State and 70% Regional Quota seats wherein further constitutional quota and 30% quota for female candidates will be applicable on all the seats. Maharashtra has divided the seats in three regions - Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest Of Maharashtra (RoM). Out of the 85% State quota seats, 70% of the seats in colleges in each region are reserved for candidates of that particular region. The remaining 30% seats are for candidates belonging to any region of the state. Depending on the region from where the candidates have completed their Classes 10 and 12 from, they will become eligible for 70% Regional Quota seats in the colleges located in that particular region and 30% seats in all other colleges of the state. All the colleges of the states will, therefore, have 70% seats reserved for Regional candidates and 30% seats reserved for candidates not from a particular region. The constitutional quota of Maharashtra state will include categories like Vimukta Jati/Denotified Tribes (VJ/DT) - A, Nomadic Tribes (NT) - B, Nomadic Tribes (NT) - C, Nomadic Tribes (NT) - D, Other Backward Classes (OBC), Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST).
