The marks secured by you in BHU UET 2019(213) is well above the cutoff marks for this year and you should consider yourself called for counseling but since your rank is 1932 it might give you the low possibility of admission since the cutoff rank for the year 2018 was 1319 for the general category candidates. But then again the cutoff rank changes year to year base upon the number of candidates applying for a course, difficulty of question paper and number of seats available.

So be positive and wait for a call of counseling from Banaras Hindu University as you still have a chance for admission in BHU.
