Hello student this might happened Because of technical glitch in this case I request you to please contact your bank/home branch along with the transaction details, you didn't get the confirmation from cat authorities because the application fee didn't get reflected to them. Please ask your branch to processed the refund as soon as possible.

If I try to make payment again ,then which option will I choose for payment method ? Billdisk or Payu? because this kind of payment issues might happen again.
