dy/dx for given equation is equal to
=((e^x+e^-x)d/dx(e^x-e^-x)-(e^x-e^-x)d/dx(e^x+e^-x))/(e^x+e^-x)^2
=((e^x+e^-x)(e-(-e^-x))-(e^x-e^-x)(e^x-e^-x))/(e^x+e^-x)^2
=(((e^x+e^-x)^2)-((e^x-e^-x)^2)/(e^x+e^-x)^2
= 4/(e^x+e^-x)^2
which is the required answer.
