The university offers courses at diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The university offers a total of 81 programmes in different specialisations. Sikkim University courses are offered in the fields of arts, science, commerce, music, management, computer science, law, research, etc. Some of the popular courses offered by the university are B.A., B.P.A., M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, M.B.A, M.C.A., M.P.A., M.T.T.M., M.Ed., L.L.M, M.Phil and Ph.D. Candidates aspiring to take admission in Sikkim University courses, have to first meet the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for Sikkim University UG courses is minimum marks or passing marks in 10+2 as prescribed by the university. Similarly, for PG, M.Phil and Ph.D courses, the required eligibility criteria is minimum marks in the qualifying exam. After meeting the eligibility criteria, students can proceed with the admission process of the university.
