Guided Imagery Certification provides an idea about a focused relaxation or meditation method which involves concentrating on a specific object, sound, or experience in order to calm your mind. Candidates learn how to use imagery and guided imagery interventions to help with symptom management and healing, as well as to enhance overall health and well-being.
Guided Imagery Training helps candidates focus their attention on pleasant scenarios, their minds and body tend to relax. They may feel less tightness and tension in their muscles, while the mind might feel calmer and more at ease. In guided imagery, you intentionally think of a peaceful place or scenario.
All students get Guided Imagery certification by Coursera which is provided by the University of Minnesota.
The guided Imagery Certification Course is open to all candidates.
Certificate Qualifying Details
E-Certificates will be issued by Coursera to all such participants who have attended the program with a minimum of 90% attendance.
Work experience
Work Experience is not required to get enrolled in the Guided Imagery Certification Course.
What you will learn
