NIMAS in Kolkata offers various facilities to students. The campus, affiliated with MAKAUT, is located on the outskirts of Kolkata and is spread over a lush green area. It provides dedicated hostel facilities, information technology and management education wings, sports and recreational facilities, as well as conferencing and commercial facilities. • The central identity of NIMAS Barasat is the campus landscape, which gives students the freedom to study amidst beautiful greenery spread over 0.5 acres and surrounded by picturesque scenery. 
• Front Office studies require extensive lab sessions, and NIMAS, Kolkata has a well-equipped Front Office Lab with modern accessories such as front desk, telephone, hands-free reservations, Whitney rack, bell desk, and computer terminals with IDS Fortune Enterprise version. It aims to create future leaders.
• The housekeeping lab has modern equipment such as the Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner, Washing Machine, Steam Press, Maid’s Trolley, and Linen Basket Trolley, and it also includes a Model Guest room for practical training. The department has a Laundry-Linen room and a Housekeeping Lab.
• NIMAS has three massive Food Production Labs or Kitchens, designed in such a way that each student can do individual practicals. They have a Basic Training Kitchen, a Quantity Training Kitchen, an Advanced training Kitchen, a Patisserie and Confectionary Lab, and a Larder Kitchen. They also have a show kitchen that is used for demonstrations. The labs are fitted with Audio Visual aids.
• NIMAS has its own F & B lab with one basic Training Restaurant, one advanced Training restaurant with a bar, and a cafeteria/fast food restaurant with a 100 seating capacity. The F & B Service lab is equipped with all the amenities that assist the students during their practical classes.
• NIMAS has a large computer lab with 30 terminals with internet facilities and necessary software. Language & communication is a significant component of learning in the hospitality sector, and NIMAS is equipped with a state-of-the-art language lab. The cafeteria provides healthy, nutritious meals at affordable rates to students, and it is a place where students can create valuable memories of college life.
• NIMAS has a huge playground for various sports activities like cricket, football, and badminton. The college also provides indoor sports arrangements. An Annual Sports Day and frequent tournaments are observed every year to give an opportunity for students to exhibit their athletic talents in front of friends and family.
