Eligibility Criteria

Certification Qualifying Details

To be eligible for a digital certificate, you need to opt for "Unlimited" access or the digital upgrade of your course. In addition, you need to get 90 percent of the course-related steps completed. If there are tests in your course then you need to complete all of them. You need a minimum of 70 percent in the tests to finally qualify for a Certificate of Achievement.

Eligibility for Certificate of Achievements can be gained once you upgrade the course and score an average of 70 percent in the course tests. If you wish to be awarded a Statement of Participation, in case it is in the course, then you will have to complete 50 percent of the course steps along with attempting all the course-related tests.

3: Can I upgrade after my course has ended?

Upgrading your course is possible at any time, even after you have completed the course. Once you choose to upgrade, you will regain access to the materials along with the other benefits that are offered in the Upgrade mode

4: How long is the Unlimited access valid?

Unlimited access works for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. Once the expiration date arrives, you will be prompted to renew your subscription.

5: How can I access the materials?

You can access the course content anytime from your account irrespective of the availability of the educator. The courses are made available on the portal on Monday midnights following the UTC time zone. But you can access them based on your local time zone, which will also be mentioned in your account.

6: How many attempts can I make on the tests?
