  • Understand the public equities bias in ESG investing, including treatment of intangible assets 
  • Delve into a variety of corporate ESG issues, ranging from governance factors and scandals to social issues 
  • Contextualize green bonds in the sphere of sustainable fixed income and fixed income-like instruments

  • Examine the wide range of ESG indices and their performance as compared to other broader benchmarks 
  • Discuss real-world examples of investment stewardship—the monitoring of and engagement with organizations to promote long-term value creation for investors 
  • Understand the drivers of successful strategic engagement—the investor–investee dialogue that creates long-term value for investors and/or more sustainable outcomes for stakeholders
